As part of our accreditation services we assess the competence of every Accredited Trainer or Consultant either directly doing the job or through role play. We also check their subject matter expertise in depth. Our rigorous approach drives up quality and is often used by organisations as part of their internal performance reviews. APMG reassesses trainers and consultants twice in every five year period to ensure they are still at the top of their game. They are also reassessed every time there is major update to a product.
