Helping HM Treasury create training for the Green Book
APM Group partnered with HM Treasury to develop a certification scheme based on the five case model outlined in The Green Book, Central Government Guidance on Appraisal and Evaluation. The outcomes have provided public sector workers the skills and knowledge to write robust business cases to improve the way public money is spent.
Full certification services
The Change Management Institute is the professional body at the forefront of change. APM Group created a syllabus and training materials based on highly regarded 'The Effective Change Manager: The Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK™)'. We also host and deliver exams and digital badges, and accredit training organisations to ensure they are teaching to high standards.
Cyber defense tool and training
APMG worked with Ploughshare and the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl) to build and host the Cyber Defence Capability Tool (CDCAT®). APMG also trains and accredits cyber security professionals to deliver CDCAT assessments.
Exam services
We are the independent exam body for APMP and provide a full exam service, including hosting exams on our secure portal, marking exams, providing assistance and support to candidates taking their exam. We award digital badges to successful candidates.
